Remuneration of the Board of Directors

The remuneration of the Board of Directors is decided by the Annual General Meeting for one term at a time. The Annual General Meeting of the company held on April 24, 2025, resolved that for the term ending at the close of the next Annual General Meeting following the election, the following fees will be paid to the members of the Board of Directors:

• EUR 60,000 to the Chair of the Board of Directors
• EUR 30,000 to each of the other members of the Board Directors

The Board of Directors decides on the remuneration and other financial benefits of the CEO and the Executive Management Team.
