The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the company’s operational management, in which the objective is to secure significant and sustainable growth in the value of the company for its shareholders. The CEO prepares decisions and other matters for the meetings of the Board of Directors, develops the Group’s operations in line with the targets agreed with the Board of Directors, and ensures the proper implementation of Board decisions. The CEO is also responsible for ensuring that the existing legislation and applicable regulations are observed throughout the company.
The President and CEO is assisted by the Executive Management Team, which convenes monthly.
