Flagging notifications

Summa Defence’s shareholder have on obligation to notify both the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) and the Company of changes in holdings. The Company, in turn, is obligated to disclose the flagging notification submitted by the shareholder.

Flagging notifications should be sent to Summa Defence using the email address ir@summadefence.fi.

In accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, changes in holdings must be disclosed when the holding reaches, exceeds or falls below 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 66.7 (2/3) or 90 per cent of the voting rights or the number of shares in the company. A flagging notification must be made without undue delay, but no later than the next trading day after the shareholder has learned or should have learned of a transaction leading to the breach of a flagging threshold.

Flagging notifications to the Financial Supervisory Authority must be submitted in accordance with the FIN-FSA’s instructions. More information is available on the FIN-FSA’s website.
